CoNtRol: a computational framework for analysing CRNs Pete Donnell CoNtRol is an open source web application framework designed to simplify the analysis of CRNs. Its long term aim is, given any arbitrary CRN as input, to output a complete characterisation of the possible dynamics of the CRN, as far as such characterisation lends itself to computational/algorithmic implementation. In this talk, I will give a short demonstration of CoNtRol in its current implementation, and an overview of its architecture and capabilities. I will then invite an open discussion of potential new results to incorporate, features and directions.
